Two of the most fascinating characters from the motorcycle racing world are joining forces this autumn on a seven-date chat show tour around the UK. John McGuinness, 23-times TT winner, will sit alongside two-time British champion turned BSB and World Superbike TV commentator, James Whitham, for a 3 ½ hour chat show (including an interval).
An absolute must for motorcycle fans and, winning rave reviews last year, the dynamic duo are back to entertain again. Regaling stories both on and off track from their illustrious and distinguished careers, McGuinness and Whitham also get involved with an audience question and answer session.
After a tough 16-months since his nasty North West 200 accident in May 2017, McGuinness made a sensational return to racing last month, winning the Bennetts Senior Classic TT back on the Isle of Man, the scene of so many of his racing successes.
Meanwhile, Whitham has been fighting his own health battles this year with a recurrence of the Hodgkinson’s Lymphoma that forced him away from his TV duties and from his own Track Training School. Making a strong return in the late summer, he was back and better than ever before.
